We are starting in Romania with a clear plan: well-chosen locations, straightforward information and a digital experience designed for every stage of the journey.
What we are building, and why
We are building a Romanian charging network. The web account is prepared for payments, documents and sessions, while the mobile experience is built on the same secure foundation.
The platform is designed to show the latest status reported by a charger, when that report arrived, the connector specification and the applicable tariff. A reported status is not a guarantee that a bay will remain available until arrival.
The first 20 map locations are the initial launch plan. Each one will move to live availability only after installation, commissioning and end-to-end validation of its payment and hardware flow.
The rules we make decisions by
These are product commitments. They describe how we intend to publish information as the network becomes operational.
Status with a source and time
A connector status should be identified as charger-reported and accompanied by its last-report time. Missing or stale data must be shown as uncertain rather than inferred as available.
kW and kWh are not the same thing
Power is measured in kilowatts and influences charging time. Energy is measured in kilowatt-hours and is one input to the price. The car, battery temperature and charging curve can limit power below the charger rating.
The account is not the only route
We plan a browser-based, card payment path at eligible public chargers, alongside the web account. It will be offered only after the ad-hoc flow and each supported hardware model have been validated.
Where we are now
The initial plan puts Iași at its heart and progressively connects other important cities. The map shows the planned portfolio separately from operational availability.

These are planning figures, not live availability. Each location is updated publicly after commissioning.
What comes next
We are installing and validating the first commercial location, then progressively enabling live availability, browser-based charging and the mobile experience. Nothing is marked available before the full station, payment and support journey is verified.
Who issues the invoices
The operating legal entity and invoice issuer will be identified in the legal documents before any paid service is offered. Until registration is final, the public-facing network name is not a claim about the invoice issuer.
