What we are building, and why
The map, payments, sessions and documents are designed as parts of one experience. On the web and on mobile, the information that matters should stay in the same place and use the same language.
The platform is designed to show the latest status reported by a charger, when that report arrived, the connector specification and the applicable tariff. A reported status is not a guarantee that a bay will remain available until arrival.
The map clearly separates operational locations from planned ones. An access or payment method appears only where the location, physical charger and end-to-end journey have passed the required checks.

The contrast between orange and navy makes every interaction easy to recognise. The bolt and circle form a compact, visible and consistent landmark — from the map and account to every document.

Tariff details before confirmation
The confirmation flow is designed to show the energy rate, VAT treatment, any session or occupancy fee and any card pre-authorisation before a paid session starts.

Status with a source and time
A connector status should be identified as charger-reported and accompanied by its last-report time. Missing or stale data must be shown as uncertain rather than inferred as available.

kW and kWh are not the same thing
Power is measured in kilowatts and influences charging time. Energy is measured in kilowatt-hours and is one input to the price. The car, battery temperature and charging curve can limit power below the charger rating.

The account is not the only route
Direct card payment in the browser can be offered only at eligible public chargers, alongside the web account. We show it only for validated hardware models and payment flows.

What must stay simple
We do not let numbers or technical language speak for the experience. Three practical things matter at every stop.
Price before starting
The tariff and each component appear before confirmation, not after charging has begun.
Status with a source and time
Availability is presented as charger-reported information, together with when we received it.
The map publishes only locations and features that meet the network eligibility rules.
Available only after verification
A feature appears as available only after the full charger, payment, document and support journey has been verified. If information is missing or stale, we show the uncertainty instead of filling the gap with an assumption.
Who issues the invoices
The Legal details page is the source for the identity of the operator and invoice issuer. A paid service can be confirmed only after the required details are complete, and the issuer must appear on every fiscal document.
