Legal details
The identification details every online trader in Romania has to publish, under Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Company Law no. 31/1990.
Operator identification
A field marked "to be completed" is not a published operator detail and must not be relied on as one. Company name, registration and tax identifiers, registered office and the other legally required operator fields must be complete before a paid service or distance contract is offered. Conditional fields, such as the EEE register number, must be completed before the activity that makes them applicable begins.
Register of electrical and electronic equipment producers
Electrical and electronic equipment placed on the Romanian market falls under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 5/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment. If the operator becomes a producer or distributor for these purposes, the applicable registration and information details must be published before such equipment is offered.
Any take-back arrangements for electrical equipment, batteries or accumulators will be stated with the relevant product offer where the operator has those legal obligations. No charger hardware is currently offered for online sale on this site.
