Prices without surprises

Compare pay-as-you-go charging with the member rate. Energy rates and any applicable fees are shown again before you confirm the start.

Displayed rates are indicative. The applicable price is always shown for your chosen connector before confirmation.

Memberships, if you charge often

Pay monthly for a clear per-kWh rate. See every benefit and condition before you choose.

Energy packages, paid once

A prepaid package holds a kWh balance and does not auto-renew. Every tier uses the same per-kWh rate shown on its card; volume adds no unpublished discount.

How it works, exactly

  • The balance is held in kWh, not lei. A rate change does not reduce the energy left in your pack.
  • Eligible sessions and the order in which balances are used are stated in the package terms.
  • The expiry date and treatment of any unused balance are shown before purchase and in the account.

The idle fee, clearly explained

An occupancy fee may apply after charging finishes and the configured grace period expires. The applicable connector and confirmation screen show the terms.

What it costs

RON 0.50 per minute

Grace period

10 free minutes after charging ends

Cap

Configured maximum: RON 40.00 per session

Where it applies

The value shown here comes from the configured DC tariff. Check the selected connector before confirming.

Do not rely on a notification until that channel is explicitly enabled. Check the session status and move the vehicle before the grace period ends.

What to verify before confirming

Energy rate

Check the price per kWh attached to the selected connector and whether VAT is included.

Session and time charges

Any configured start or per-minute charge must appear separately from the energy rate.

Occupancy conditions

Check the grace period, per-minute amount and any cap that applies after charging ends.

Payment conditions

Check any card pre-authorisation, account eligibility and package or membership balance before starting.

Questions about tariffs and payment

If something is still unclear, use the contact form and keep the reference shown after submission.

Why is it more expensive without an account?

Guest and account tariffs are configured separately. Where guest access is configured, both appear in the table; otherwise the row marks it unavailable. Opening an account has no account-opening fee, and the active rate still depends on the selected connector.

Do the prices include VAT?

Each tariff states whether VAT is included. The table shows the VAT note only for rows configured as VAT-inclusive; the confirmation screen and fiscal document show the applicable treatment.

Is money held on my card before charging?

An ad-hoc card payment may require a pre-authorisation. Its amount and conditions are shown before confirmation; release timing after settlement also depends on the card issuer.

What happens if the session is interrupted?

Settlement uses the metered energy and every tariff component that actually applies. An interrupted session may still contain delivered energy or other configured charges, which are itemised in the issued document.

How do I actually pay?

The public flow supports browser-based card payment and account payment where eligible. Card data is entered in the payment processor’s secure flow, not stored directly by the network.

Kilowatt or kilowatt-hour — what is the difference?

A kilowatt (kW) is how fast the energy flows in, like the flow from a tap. A kilowatt-hour (kWh) is the amount of energy, the water in the bucket. You pay for kWh, the energy you received. The power in kW only decides how long you wait.

Can I charge without the app?

The ad-hoc flow opens in a browser from a charger-specific link or QR code. It is available only for commissioned, eligible public hardware; a still-planned location cannot start a session.

Do prices change?

They can. The effective tariff is shown before each new session. A started session keeps the pricing snapshot recorded for its settlement; plan changes follow the terms accepted for that plan.
